This Peanut Butter Dip is a wonderful option for a snack. It’s less than 150 calories per serving and satisfies your body’s cravings for some healthy fats (in the peanut butter), carbs (in the fruit) and some protein (Greek yogurt and the peanut butter). Now that’s a powerful dip!

3 ingredient peanut butter dip

Those three little ingredients can actually help you stay satiated and can help you keep your weight in check. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Greek yogurt has about 10 grams of protein in half a cup, which means you’ll feel fuller longer (and have less tendency to get hungry or reach for more snacks)
  • Peanut butter is chock-full of heart-healthy monounsaturated fat…the good fat which can help you lose belly weight.
  • Honey sweetens the whole deal and makes you feel extra satisfied.

I’ve found that moderate in-between meal snacks that are around 100 – 150 calories are wonderful for boosting my metabolism and limiting any over eating during lunch and dinner. This works great for yourself, for kids or for a party spread with any kind of fruit.

  1. Use creamy peanut butter to make this dip. You can use crunchy if you prefer more texture, but I like how smooth it comes out like this.
  2. Use any sweetener of choice or skip the sweetener. I like to use honey to naturally sweeten this dip, but you can also use maple syrup if that’s what you have.

  1. My family loves this dip! I double the recipe every time and it is always gone with a few days. What is the serving size for the recipe? I saw that it makes 8 servings, but just wondering how much was in each serving.

  2. The video shows that you put paper in the measuring cup for the yogurt and peanut butter. Why? That seems like a waste of paper. Thanks!

  3. This was really good! I halved the recipe and used low fat Greek yogurt because that’s what I had on hand and also added a touch more of honey. I love peanut butter with apples so this was great to add some extra protein. My 3.5 year old also loved it with his apples! I also like the idea of eating it as a yogurt snack with toppings as another reviewer mentioned.
