ingredients & substitutions

- Seasonings: Garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
how to make cream cheese spinach dip
- Add the ingredients for the dip to a large bowl.
- Stir to combine so that everything is well incorporated.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella.
- Bake until the cheese has melted and browned.
Tips to make this recipe
- Remove the excess moisture from the spinach before using. If you don’t drain and squeeze it out well, your dip can become too watery.
- Use full fat cream cheese for the best results. Low fat cream cheese can be thinner in texture, it will still work, but the results will be slightly different. Low fat cream cheese also has added ingredients.
- Soften your cream cheese before mixing with the other ingredients. This will make everything easier to combine. Take it out of the fridge about an hour before you want to make the dip.
- Make it your own! You can add other seasonings to this cream cheese spinach dip, like paprika or some chili flakes for some spice. Mozzarella works great for the topping, but you could use cheddar or Jack if you prefer.

Why do you charge weights from cups to ounces …can’t it all be in same measurement types.
Worked it all out and was great ?
Victoria – The cream cheese and spinach are listed as ounces because that is way they are sold in the US. Once package of cream cheese is 8 oz., and one package or can of spinach is also sold in ounces.
Love it
Two thumbs up
Thank you!
